The advanced Health & Safety Legislation course from FTS Safety provides learners with in-depth knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). The course covers the procedures and regulations under the OHSA, as well as the legal liabilities of employers and contractors. It also helps learners understand the difference between common law and legislation.
