The advanced Health & Safety Legislation course from FTS Safety
provides learners with in-depth knowledge of the Occupational Health and
Safety Act (OHSA). The course covers the procedures and regulations
under the OHSA, as well as the legal liabilities of employers and
contractors. It also helps learners understand the difference between
common law and legislation.
Safety training is not just for companies who want their staff to be
compliant. In many cases private learners what to become qualified Safety Legislation with a certificate to enhance their CV.

Our
Durban venue in Umngeni Park has plenty of safe parking behind a gate
and with a security guard on duty. Lunch is included in the course
