 ourse for company compliance with the Department of Labour The basic first
  aid & CPR training course is aimed at teaching students how to perform ba
 sic life support and first aid procedures. FTS Safety uses the new syllabu
 s for First Aid The old syllabus is no longer recognised by the Department
  of Labour Our Cape Town Venue has plenty of safe parking behind a gate an
 d with a security guard on duty. Lunch is included in the course price. Pu
 blic classes are more interactive. You have candidates from various compan
 ies and industries all joining together so the questions are interesting a
 nd you get additional insight into the risks in different industries. What
  should you bring?A copy of your ID documentAppropriate clothing doing the
  first aid practical on the second day The first aid course requires you t
 o complete an assignment in the week that follows and return it to us to b
 e marked. Your certificate will be emailed within 7 days. If you require p
 roof that you have attended immediately please let the course facilitator 
 know on the morning of training.
