 urse for company compliance with the Department of Labour The basic first 
 aid & CPR training course is aimed at teaching students how to perform bas
 ic life support and first aid procedures. FTS Safety uses the new syllabus
  for First Aid The old syllabus is no longer recognised by the Department 
 of Labour Our Germiston Venue has plenty of safe parking behind a gate and
  with a security guard on duty. Lunch is included in the course price. Pub
 lic classes are more interactive. You have candidates from various compani
 es and industries all joining together so the questions are interesting an
 d you get additional insight into the risks in different industries. What 
 should you bring?A copy of your ID documentAppropriate clothing doing the 
 first aid practical on the second day The first aid course requires you to
  complete an assignment in the week that follows and return it to us to be
  marked. Your certificate will be emailed within 7 days. If you require pr
 oof that you have attended immediately please let the course facilitator k
 now on the morning of training.
